What areas do you service?
We cover Thurrock, Grays, Chafford Hundred, Purfleet, South Ockendon, Aveley, Dartford, Bexleyheath and surrounding areas within our service radius.
How long does an oven clean take?
Most oven cleans take between 2 and 4 hours depending on the size, condition and type of appliance.
Do I need to be home during the appointment?
Yes, someone aged 18 or over should be present to provide access to the property and appliance.
Do I need to prepare the oven before you arrive?
We simply ask that the oven is switched off and cool before our arrival. We will take care of the rest.
Do you remove the oven door and glass panels?
Yes, where the appliance design allows, we can remove doors, shelves, racks and glass panels to clean areas that are normally difficult to reach.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule any service with at least 24 hours notice
